Mindfulness Meditation for Experienced Students
This two-session program will provide instruction in mindfulness meditation for experienced students as a technique for coping more effectively with stress, pain and illness. These two sessions are designed for people who have taken Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners or have some prior experience with mindfulness meditation.
